Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer global shipping so you can enjoy our products no matter where you are.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed, but you may still return the order once received for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note: processing may take longer during holidays or sales.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices are displayed in USD and are tax-free. However, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Kivorra. Please check with your local customs office for details.

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit/debit card, refunds typically take 7–10 business days after your return or cancellation is processed.
